We maintain minimal administrative expenses. Every rupee, sewing machine, sapling, and notebook goes directly to beneficiaries on the ground, without costly middlemen or expensive offices.

Gramin Mahila Foundation operates in full compliance with local regulatory requirements governing voluntary welfare organizations. Official registration documents, operational guidelines, beneficiary attendance registers, and program expenditure vouchers are maintained systematically at our Nidhrad office.
Official Document Inspection & Registered Office
In accordance with good governance practices, official foundation records, activity logs, and registration paperwork are available for inspection by authorized donors, CSR representatives, and government officials at our registered office (Tekra Vado Vas, Kharakuva, Near Juni Panchayat Office, Sanand - Kadi Road, Village: Nidhrad, Taluka: Sanand, District: Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 382115) upon prior appointment.
How We Manage Support & Sponsorships
- Direct Material Delivery: Sourced sewing machines, cloth, drawing paper, tree saplings, and food grains are purchased locally to support village businesses and delivered directly into the hands of beneficiaries.
- No Third-Party Intermediaries: We do not employ third-party telemarketing firms or commercial commission-based fundraisers. All conversations are handled directly by verified foundation team members.
- Direct Receipts & Acknowledgment: All contributions receive written confirmation and official acknowledgment letters from the foundation.
- Continuous Project Monitoring: For tree plantation, saplings are monitored for 2 years with watering schedules and guard replacements to ensure healthy survival.
